Hello there!

Working with me is a deep self-exploration of the parts that we generally find harder to face, but that are very much present within us. An inner dive, so we can show up in the world more as ourselves. With less self-suppression, less swallowing.

It is a fluid journey, but here are some elements of how our time together would look.

How I work

A free first conversation · 30 minutes

This is about getting to know each other. I share a little about the work, and hear about what brings you here, what you are looking for, what you are carrying, what you wish to explore. A moment to connect and feel whether this resonates, for both of us.

The first session · Getting clear

Together, we clarify what brings you here, forming intentions and goals for our time together. These become our anchors throughout the process.

The ongoing sessions · The real work

Together we dive beneath your intentions, into the experiences, beliefs, feelings, and emotions that live within you. We get to know your inner parts, what they carry, and what has been swallowed. We work to understand, to see, to feel. To face yourself more deeply, and to learn to feel safe in doing so.

We stay connected to the body throughout, listening to what lives there, what it is telling you.

We also look at your life as it is now. Where are you swallowing? Where can more truth come in? What actions are needed? Where are you holding yourself back?

Each session is a space to process your life, your feelings, your experiences, while staying anchored in the intentions we set together.

Between sessions, there may be small reflections and tasks to deepen the work and bring it into your daily life. So that you are also cultivating your own capacity to hold space for yourself.

The practicals

€80 per session · 1.5 hours · weekly or biweekly · online

I work with clients for a minimum of 3 months. In my experience this is where the real shifts begin to happen. Many continue for 6 months or longer.
