Working with me is for you if there is something within yourself you wish to understand more deeply, work through, or transform.
We begin by setting clear intentions and goals, and then gently explore what lies beneath them. It’s a process of getting to know yourself more deeply, understanding the beliefs, emotions and patterns that shape your life, and forming a stronger, kinder relationship with yourself.
We all carry a lot. And sometimes it’s just tiring.
Let’s release some of the load. Learn to suppress a little less. Create more space to be fully ourselves.

How I work
1. A free first conversation · 30 minutes
This is about getting to know each other. I share a little about the work, and hear about what brings you here, what you are looking for, what you are carrying, what you wish to explore. A moment to connect and feel whether this resonates, for both of us.
2. The first session · Getting clear
Together, we clarify what brings you here, forming intentions and goals for our time together. These become our anchors throughout the process.
3. The ongoing sessions · The heart of the process
Together we explore what is alive in you: your experiences, your beliefs, the emotions and parts that have been waiting to be met. We get to know these parts: what they carry, what they believe, where they live in the body. Learning to meet them with curiosity and love rather than fear.
Throughout our work we make contact with the body, exploring where emotions and experiences are held there. Learning to relax deeper into it, to listen to what it is telling us, and to trust what it wants to move.
Over time you will find yourself walking through life differently. With deeper trust in yourself, more capacity to feel, to express, to show up freely.
I see this as a continuous journey. Between sessions there may be optional small reflections or tasks to deepen the work and bring it into your daily life.
Approaching this work with dedication brings a beautiful depth to it. Something that lives on in each day.

I work with clients for a minimum of 3 months. In my experience this is where the real shifts begin to happen. Many continue for 6 months or longer.
